It’s necessary to be registered to get into the conference area (as author or as general public).
Contributions will only be published at EURAU2016 publications if at least one of the authors of each accepted abstract is registered before June 30th, 2016.

One author registration can cover a maximum of 2 papers. Each supplimentary Paper has a fee of 50 Euro.
The students (including Master and PhD) participating to the EURAU2016 conference (with paper or poster presentation) will be rewarded with a Certificate of 5 ECTS credits.
The registration fees includes:
- Admission to all sessions (parallel sessions with audiovisual equipment, computers, projectors, screens, microphones, wi-fi connection etc.) and keynotes conferences
- A printed Conference Programme
- EURAU2016 Proceedings CD
- EURAU2016 Abstracts (CD or book)
- Conference bag
- Conference materials
- Lunches and Coffee breaks
- Author Certificate / Attendance Certificate (for general public and accompanying persons)
- An Invoice of the registration fee will be provided with the conference material.
In order to be admitted to the conference and into the conference proceedings CD/book, the Authors of Paper and Poster presentations should register and pay the registration fees no later than June 30th, 2016.

Participanții cetățeni români vor plăti taxa de înregistrare în lei, echivalentul sumei în euro din ziua plății.

Notes:
Refund and Cancellation requests must be received in writing before July 31st 2016. There is a 30 € service charge for refunds on registrations. Bank taxes must be paid by the participants. Otherwise, the amount will be charged at the registration desk.
According to the current Data Protection Law in Romania (Law no.677/2001 on the Protection of Personal Data), we inform you that your personal data will be included in a file under the responsibility of UAUIM with the objective to evaluate your Final Paper approval for its presentation at this event and manage your participation in case your contribution is accepted.
Your data will not be given to third parties except for legal obligations. Each individual will have his rights of access, rectification or cancellation and objection by sending a notice to UAUIM address, accompanied by an official identification document or by email to eurau2016@uauim.ro.
